I could not be more thankful and appreciative for the experience with the Jaguar Solution’s team! I was in a tough position because my Jag F Type started getting an engine light on my drive from Florida to home in Indiana. I did not want to break down but so glad it happened in Savannah and that I found Jaguar and BMW solution! They got me in and put together a plan to fix my dream car! I just drove it home and it was a blast! Thank you for caring and giving exceptional customer service.

A friend recommended this shop to me, and I'm really glad I came here for the maintenance and repairs on my Porsche Panamera. The team did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to carefully explain the issues with my car while giving honest and reasonable recommendations instead of trying to sell unnecessary repairs. That really made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I'm very happy with all the work they did. Everything has been running perfectly, and they finished the job much faster than I expected. Great service, great communication, and great quality. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to service their car.

Amazing, fast, and transparent service! I had an amazing experience here. The service was fast, high-quality, and explained to me in a way I could easily understand. They even provided a video showing the underlying issues with my car, which made the whole process feel honest and transparent. The turnaround was only one day, and communication with the service provider was direct and consistent from start to finish. Prices were very fair, and I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend bringing any luxury vehicle to Jaguar - BMW Solutions for exceptional service, fair pricing, and outstanding professionalism. Mr. Reginald is one of the most professional and trustworthy technicians I have encountered. He is honest, transparent, and takes the time to clearly explain vehicle concerns in a way that is easy to understand—something that truly sets him apart. His pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for luxury vehicle repairs, and his expertise reflects that of a true master technician. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend Jaguar - BMW Solutions to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality automotive care, rather than Critz BMW.

I just purchased a Jaguar XF 35T from Carvana and wanted to have it thoroughly inspected before the 7 day trial period ended. I contacted Jaquar - BMW Solutions and scheduled a full inspection for today. I could not have more pleased. The shop is clean and organized. Marie handles the office stuff and Reggie handles the car stuff. He clearly knows his trade - very well equipped and certified to handle anything on your vehicle. It turns out the Jaguar dealership in Hilton Head sends cars to him to fix so that right there tells you he is the real deal. Reggie spent 2 1/2 hours going through the car top and bottom. A couple items were discovered that need attention which should be covered by Carvana's 100 day warranty. Overall the car is in excellent condition. It was well worth the money for peace mind in knowing I am getting a sound vehicle. So happy to have this shop close to home.
